Meeting someone new around something you were already going to do. You post a real, time-boxed plan at a public venue with one seat free, people ask for the seat and say why, you pick one, and the chat opens only once the seat is locked.
Most small shops in Toronto have no website. Not a bad one, none at all. So we build theirs first, with their real hours and their own Google reviews already on it, and send the owner the link before anything is discussed.
