Welcome to Amboyance. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Amboyance Inc. ("Amboyance," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by Amboyance Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Amboyance. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMBOYANCE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amboyance Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amboyance Inc. regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
